How do Natepay transaction fees work?
When someone sends a payment through Natepay, a 1.5% fee (capped at ₦2,000) is deducted from the transaction amount. Withdrawals to bank accounts incur a flat fee of ₦50-100.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?

Natepay fees are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). GetCaboo and Caboo.design subscriptions are priced in USD. Payment can be made in either currency.
