**Caboo.design**: A no-code platform for creating AI-powered business assistants for customer service, booking, and operational automation.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for: - Safeguarding the password used to access our services - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InsitePro and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Content you create using our services (such as dashboards via GetCaboo) remains your property, subject to the licenses granted in these terms.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to post content that: - Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing - Infringes on intellectual property rights of others - Contains software viruses or malicious code - Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Certain aspects of our services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services.

**Price Changes**: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect current billing cycles.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InsitePro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: - The operation or availability of our services - The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information - That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - That defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsitePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: - Loss of profits or revenue - Loss of data or business interruption - Personal injury or property damage - Any other damages arising from your use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsitePro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from: - Your use of our services - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you submit or post through our services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
